#4965 RE: hamvestor #4964

Not pessimistic...realistic!

I've made some decent money from IMGG already, and think Dean has a great product (something I'd use being in the medical field). Just there are legitimate concerns here that people seem to just disregard. And many people here post buyout figures, and share price estimates based on voodoo calculations.

If a buyout occurs, they are going to low ball Dean for sure. Why would they not? Imaging3 has no money, and has virtually no way to manufacture these on their own. Whoever tries to buy them out will have the upper hand...big time.

And, people just assume that once it gets FDA approved they are going to be overwhelmed with orders from hospitals around the country. Sure, maybe down the line once the technology proves itself in the luminary sites, but I know my hospital doesn't have the money to just scrap their current C-arms and replace them all with the Dominion. It will be slow going in the beginning.

So, these are legitimate concerns that a lot of people just seem to be ignoring, and that's dangerous. That said, I still think IMGG has legs and will go upward from here...mainly because of the bandwagon effect heading towards FDA approval. There are plenty of people out there still looking to join the parade, and money is out there to be made as long as this still happens.
