Sounds like the same movie. They are both crime thrillers. They are both surrounding a heroin deal. A film shot in Fort Wayne, Indiana could be said to be in Albuquerque in the movie. They are both in the "announced" stage. My guess is that the link you provided is Mike the Pike's movie.

Claims to be a production of Baseline Studio Systems. But it's tough to figure out from their website what they are.
