pj1404, I'm no specialist on taxes, but first off I don't think selling 50,000 would hurt the shareprice too much. Secondly, you could sell in smaller increments over the next few weeks if you don't have a high broker fee for each transaction? I have had a few capital gain amts. to knock down, and I just use the crummy stocks with "0" value that are sitting in my portfolio from years ago !! LOL LOL (ps. I am almost out of them, though!)

You say that some days only 60 to 70 shares trade. I dont understand. i see lots of volume to sell the amount you are talking about before the year ends

Also pj1404. Just use a "limit order" and you get the price you want. If you use a "market order" then the MM's will sell your shares for cheap and run the price down. If it were me, I'd just put in a sell order for 50,000 shares @ .20 and they should go !!

Another thought PJ...Your capital gains will be taxed at 15%
Federal.(Don't know your State rate)...In other words for every
10,000 dollars loss from your HRCT sale you
would save 1,500 dollars...I don't know your total loss on
your 50k shares, but Hartcourt would only have to increase
3 cents to offset 1,500 dollars..Just something to think about.. (Nice Capital/Gain you have, was it in stocks?)
P.S. Just noticed you live in Florida..No State tax..

pj
Just sell them to me for a penny a share. That will give you a nice loss and I will be very very happy. I will come to your bar in Florida and drink up my profits. That way you win both ways....LOLOLOL

Why don't you give some to a charitable cause?
sureley someone as blessed as you would want to help someone less fortunate than you.

I know you will do the right thing with your great windfall.
