stop isnt for that, if you want to sell between bid/ask then you put in a limit between it, its just that simple.

Stolibox, just put in a sell at a limit price.. Not a STOP Limit.
Ameritrade is the same .. You can put a STOP limit sell on OTCBB.. Only limit or market.. But you should be able to put a limit sell above the best bid.. At least on Ameritrade you can.. Otherwise, call Schwab and ask them I guess.
