Judging by the action today, this was more of a buying opportunity than a sell-off. The PPS would have gone lower otherwise, given how tightly held the stock is. There must be more positive than negative sentiment on Kiwa, even after this report. Keep in mind, the quarterly only reflects what's happened through September.
