If Schecter isn't still involved why would KIWA use his name on the bottom of their PR's this morning and why does he still answer the phone representing the company.

do not write non-sense. He clearly is IR are of kiwa, he was sendinmg an emails with Q3 as well......

the only clear thing is KIWA needs funding. And dilution will be not enough.
