When the judge orders the 4 billion, it will be with the applicable interest. JPM would have to pay more but I am sure they already made a lot more with that cash than what they will pay.
My guess would be when WAMUQ gets awarded the 4B, they will also get the interest since it was their money to begin with. If wouldnt be fair and just to let JPIG keep the interest earned. Just my thoughts.
