Getting an email 3 times a day from BOLDSTOCKS.COM and they are being paid by MZEI to push their company. Here is an excerpt from their disclaimer that I copied:

"MZEI Disclosure: Pentony Enterprises LLC was compensated seventy-two hundred dollars and 450,000 144 restricted common shars by the company for profile coverage for the period ending September 15, 2009."

They were given money and stock to pump this. I'd say that qualifies for a pump and dump email spam campaign.

I don't agree its a P&D, just an FYI about the promoter(s.) This is probably because the company did not renew their contract with IR company. So much for deciding to handle "in house."
