do you even know what 144 restricted common shares are? I suggest you look into what they are and what the restrictions the come with before you make implications... they gave them cash and NO free trading shares.
Research in Motion was promoted as well when they were getting off the ground, I'm sure the subscribers that bought because of that recommendation are happy they did...
