Apparently ou missed my answer n a previous post to your question "Just trying to make sense of why management is getting rich while shareholders flounder in a stagnant shareprice."
The answer is thatis the way it happens in EVERY company---even companies that go bankrupt. Is it right--IMO no but that is the system---even companies that the US bails out!!!

1. Do you think complaining on a message board effects the share price?
2. Do you think complaining on a message bord helps your understanding of the company, the industry, or te markets?
3. Do you think posting on a message board will influence how a company is run.
We know what Bill N. (a big shareholder with influence) would do with the cash--have we seen any change in the company's action? Perhaps it is to soon to tell but IMO we will not because IMO the company has plans for that money.
