Thanks.. Nice catch on your part too.. Its not the "failed bank" tag anymore for WAMU.. Its the loss of the banking unit due to seizure!! Slowly and steadily, the media is waking up. I like it when they start telling the truth slowly and subtly. Then the voices get louder. Its just the beginning of the attention WAMU is going to get IMO!!

behind closed doors the delaying actions of jpmc could be in accordance with wmi's attorneys in terms of good faith negotiating. meaning what we see in terms of court delays might be completely unrelated to the progress that is being made daily in working this out, and in fact a delay in court could be our attorneys not putting the squeeze on jpmc because there is no need.
i believe THJMW's decision on the 4billion only comes if jpmc stop negotiating and need a swift kick in the rear, but just knowing it's out there should be all the motivation they need to keep working it out.

Given the fact that I dont have the legal knowledge that you do, at least on that side of the law...I TOTALLY agree. If she was going to rule against us she would have already done so...IMO
