Yes Lochan but, I think it will be before than 2010.If you look at buulit point B-2 'results of activity for 2009 the company will consider the question on payment of dividends to shareholders", I kinda think we will see prior to 2010. Looks Great to me Pal

Also mentioned in the President's Report is a plan to uplist to OTC:BB in 2010.
