It all looks fantastic, but I must agree with divtrader9, I do not think most will send them Bank information. Dividends are normally paid through your broker and added to your account. Perhaps some correspondence with this concern is in order. Many of us have already shared our addresses with them, which I had no problem doing, but if I send the bank information it will be an account with $1 in it and instructions to the bank not to allow any outward transfers.
