I believe someone has already called Andrew and asked about GS. He confirmed that GS is a major shareholder. Now it's entirely possible the person who called made the whole thing up.

GOLDMAN SACHS does not go public with this kind of stocks since it's a PINKSHEET but with medical companys that file for FDA approvals they do take large positions in it, so you will not see it on the net but if you have any of your friends working at GS you could asked them they will know about it
