Pinksheets.com is as big a scam as any PINK/OTC stock out there. Take this gibberish elsewhere to somebody that cares ...

Think about it for a minute, genius. If all it takes is $3500 in fees to present "UNAUDITED" financial statements, doesn't that mean that I could create a company, LIE, and present UNFACTUAL financial statements, as often as I like?

I cannot argue with that. It is my understanding in talking with IR it is their plan to provide financials on Pinksheets. But, again, time will tell and it's a wait and see situation.
