#12352 RE: Epic #12345

thats not true that chart is not right it has nothing to do with the new company and it shouldn't even show what the old company did as of july 28 2009 when the 10Q was filed The Italian Oven, Inc., has not conducted business during the time period of this report. In addition, The Italian Oven, Inc., does not presently conduct business operations.

The company has no assets. The previously filed registration statement should not be relied upon as the company has divested itself of all assets during its 1997 bankruptcy proceeding and has been dormant since. Only experienced investors who understand the risks of purchasing the common stock of a shell company with no assets should participate in any trading of our common stock. From the time IOVE emerged from bankruptcy until June 30, 2008, the company conducted no business. It had no operations and no assets. Rather, it simply remained dormant while management sought an opportunity for its shareholders. The company does not own any restaurants and is not affiliated with the restaurants bearing its name.

As of June 30, 2008, it is unclear what the amount owed to Corporate Restructuring will be and the final amount is subject to negotiation by the Company and its officers. Shareholders should be warned that the act of restructuring the company may not be successful but nevertheless the consulting fees may be significant and might materially impact the Company's ability to operate in the future absent a capital infusion.

The company is Restructuring so its a gamble

were making new low's every other day those who got in at .00's there the lucky ones
