It appears that way, we will not know until they say SOMETHING but, if you check out all of the companies associated with Toms their revenues were updated all from about early September through early November.
Namely...DNPI, CYSG, Esko, (if that is the right one on there, im not sure) iTek(again, not sure if thats the same)and Open Terra
edit- pretty sure itek is something else listed on goliath
