What will our current pps have to do with the merger (if there is one) to the future pps in your opinion?
In other words, my thoughts are perhaps they have driven the stock price down (no news, selling shares perhaps etc.) to the pps where they want it for buyout or merger. But then I think to myself.....would that not mean the buyout pps would be lower or would it not matter?
