Well Richwood will have an OS similar to that of IOVE.

Much depends on what they can show as anticipated profit from the Naples deal and the likelyhood that they can find additional clients, which I think might be great.

I suspect the pps will rise with time, perhaps considerably.

I am guessing they may open at .01 on a sell off and then recover.

EU IOVE will have a much lower OS - It migth open at .50 and quickly rise to over $1 in anticipation of the FS.

If it is a 100 to 1 FS perhaps even more
