Then why does the OTS declare that the bank had met all the required capital levels through the seizure? If they had met all the requirements, then there was no reason to seize it. Who do you think orchestrated the run Johnny? Its not retail and thats for sure.. So, some BIG BOYS with BIG MONEY should have done it, dont you agree? Once the investigation is done and the truth comes out.. it will be interesting to see who/what/which organization was responsible for this.

Like other people we know, they can say all they want. They can kick scream and cry to the judge. But it doesnt make what they say true. And it makes their statement FAR from provable.

The big question is were all banks getting "a walk" on the bank or was WAMU the ONLY bank to have deposits removed?

Did JPM lose any outflows of deposits, Wachovia, Citibank, BOA, any bank that wasn't siezed?


Of course the media coverage stating Wamu was failing didn't help... Who brought that news to the public? JPM? GS?


Hopefully WMI attorneys are looking for that data now.

Then an investigation needs to occur on why the deposits were being withdrawn electronically from WMB. This wasn't some sparatic bank run from consumers. It need to be uncovered of who and why these large amounts were withdrawn so quickly from WMB.
