NINA you're dead on and caught that with both ears. Usage is a biggie and No Doc will want to stick their kneck out using it as un prescribed just on the liability side. Can you imagine what the stink that could be brought up if a Dx was off, when using this machiene as un prescribed by its FDA usage?
Definitly a career changer for a Doc. Or a Group with multiple hospital contracts. Personaly its alot of crap IMO when the lawyers get involved. I can tell you stories of surgeons going into ace hardware to get stuff for surgery instead of waiting on the FDA to drag its ultra cautious feet.
