So I'm thinking he wants this to go through however it needs to and he'll add on elaborations as warranted and able. If I'm off on this, please let me know.

And I don't think the veterinary medicine app needs FDA, does it? I'd think a huge number of larger vet practices would want this. Especially large animal like horses/racetracks. Just thinking out loud here.

And there are the non-medical applications that he mentioned. For example, the government/ homeland security screening usage. Could be many more apps we can't think of but Dean has them up his sleeve. Wowser.
