It's an empty SHELL company. No business plan or product, no office or employees, no one to answer the phone.
No reason to issue a Press Release and no one to actually do it.
Since these penny stocks are essentially "news driven", and there is absolutely no possibility of news forthcoming, EXCEPT on the potential of a Reverse Merger by some yet unknown private company, then WHY WOULD THIS MOVE UP FROM HERE?
Your logic reminds me of an old saying: "If all you have is a hammer then everything looks like a nail."
You actually think that this will be "played again" simply because it was before?
Or do you know something of substance is on the horizon?
This looks just like the childhood game of Musical Chairs. When the music stopped some were caught standing and holding a bag. That is the danger of trading strictly on momentum WITHOUT any DD to back it up.
