Probably not because of tax issues...the state and the fed don't like tax loopholes unless they are using them.

Off road use I figured would not be a problem. Trucking companies I assumed would have problems due to taxes associated over the road.
Where does a person begin to look for such regulations? Do I even want people to know what I am doing?
Some of my thoughts is if its OK to use your OWN fuel you produce, obviously each area farmer would be part owner of the Processor. If this diesel is used for heating, are the regulations different?
I can see it could be much simpler to just sell to a refinery, however costs associated to get it to the refinery take profit away. I want to be a direct FULL SERVICE supplier. Just pull up to the pump, swipe your card, and WE pump the diesel for you.

Heck, I can make my own booze without any problems as long as it's for personal consumption and not resale.

Lots of things to check into if I new where to check.
