"IBox says "diesel is more pure than actual diesel" and the video says it can be run in an engine as is. So can the oil from the processor be put directly into offroad vehicles such as tractors and construction equipment? Why does this need to be sold to the refineries?"

As an example...large farms or trucking companies would probably be able to use the fuel that their own plant produces without any real difficult to resolve logistical issues. ~IMO
