Agreed and so far you have given 0 info regarding insider knowledge. Just confirmed what many of us have already know. But make sure and stop when you aquire shares. Too bad because the sewer will probably still be open at night.

company your presence here is ill advised, though certainly not illegal. I don't believe you're helping yourself, the company you work for, or the shareholders by posting here.

This space is for investors, potential investors and other interested parties apart from MIKP. If people wanted an MIKP commercial, they can tune in to twitter, or the company website, or I.N where your company pays someone to promote them and discourage negative dialogue, or read all the company literature on the net. This space doesn't belong to MIKP.

I didn't comment on forward projects. Simply about ideals, integrity and the characters of the people I work with and that is completely legal. Period.

I think I may have a solution to this awful PPS and lack of interest. I think MIKP can re-stabilize their stock price easily. The solution lies with dilution. The way I see the foundering price is that since the dilution, the PPS has nose dived. I think people have been scared to invest in MIKP solely for that reason (we've been diluted). I propose that Mark announce MIKP has terminated the 150 million remaining shares(or whatever the amount is), & made that termination public in a PR (CONJOIN the share cancellation with the release of the talent that is headlining the upcoming concert in the PR, & many people would be impressed that they would WANT, yes want, to invest! Cancel those shares and make a statement of intent with the share structure so clarity & transparency exists and I believe this will turn around F-A-S-T FAST. MOST DEFINITELY FAST
