I agree with the loan app process taking much longer than one would expect. I've gotten business loans in weeks if not days before. Not 3.5 million but i know people who have borrowed 3+ million for a business venture in a matter of weeks from application not 3-4 months. The grant we knew would not be announced until mid to lat Nov so I'am not concerned, but the loans well thats another story. Did not a pr talk of the building going under contract being the last requirement to get the loan? That has been months ago and still nothing, seems like its dragging and therefore the pps. If all pr's turn out true we are in for a ride but seems to be taking longer than even BS tried to infer. Oh well
