He is probably being paid mostly in shares to lend his
name to the company. I have never seen a company take so long
to get loan approval and now as BS says the banks will give
the loan more credibility with Katzburg as CFO. And people
wonder why this name dropping POS is at .0005, They are
desperately trying to run this up again so buying here as
a trade is probably a safe bet.
