Hello 'punch'...pull up siri 'news' tab, you will find 5 different "Form-4's" posted at 4:22 today. These are mandatory filings when officers of a company dispose of(or aquire) company shares. Helps give us insight into company insiders(officers) share transactions. While the amount of shares sold by these 5 officers amounts to a little over a million shares, and IMO is not a significant number considering daily volumes, I don't like seeing it immediately prior to quarterly reporting.
