Raymond, You and many others here are fixated on what has been rather than considering and factoring in what Neom can now become. I can't blame you however, as Neom has failed at delivering for 5 years. But that was then, this is now, and it is a whole new ballgame. I'm betting on IM and YA wanting to maximize their return (and that benefits us).
