Failure is too nice of a word for some of the early folks. Incompetence is a much better word to classify the work that was done by Martin Copus. How do you write a contract that gives the sellers bottomless conversion rights? And since it was done so secretly they did not have the proper set of eyes (I-hub) to go over it and find out where stupidity ruled. The super company would have lasted if the contracts were not written to dilute the crap out of the existing shareholders.
