Poke some holes in your theory.
This set-up would be a win-win for everyone. JPIG gets what they want.. TPG gets what they want.. Bair got manipulated and probably there is some incentive to her from both these guys and probably be on the TPG board after she quits.
IMHO Bonderman converted his preferred shares to common shares, so he could facilitate the selling of the bank without the direct debt that a pref trust certificate puts on a company. His conversion help erase a certain amount of $$$$ in debt off the balance sheeet of WMB. Now IMO WMB was the only thing for sale, they were not moving 20 Billion in Cash to WMBfsb, so they could see it all for 8 Billion. It does not make sense. About 1/3rd fo the money in the WMBfsb account can and will be proven as TPG's. The question is did TPG receive fair market value for its investment in WMB. DID TPG approve of the FDIC seizing its 7.8 Billion cash investment and giving no value back to itself and it's investors (mainly the Chinese, SEIU, State Retirement Funds etc..) That SEIU and the Chinese are two very important under the table creditors that will make a difference in this transaction.
TPG received 170 Million shares of common stock as part of the initial investment (this got Bonderman back in Board room). IMO he started cleaning house, once he was privy to the information. Killinger was basically kicked out of the building and Rotellla was next!
Logan said they were going to move 20 Billion in Cash to Pike Street Holdings, They never got a chance to do this, they were stolen in the largest "white collar" bank heist in history. The facts in this case will surface and we move through the Judicial process and argue each counter-claim and move to trail on the last 3.
Could someone make sure those are posted again? Mods remove my Oh mY God theory and repost the counter-claims post, because it is very important for all new people on this board to be able to see the counter-claims as we are referring to them. MY theory is just that, a theory and the counter-claims are hard cold potential cash!
Thanks
