Great to know merger discussions are moving forward. Like I said yesterday, consulting agreements and/or partnerships are usually the first step in the merger process. The good news is the deal struck yesterday should create greater value for HESG'ers if/when a merger is finalized and announced.
im interested to know what people think a merger with mjna would look like... is one of these companies buying the other?, what would happen to current share structures of both companies? name changes? i dunno gimme ur take
