A MUST READ POST "CEO" !! The CEO stated that I could mention to the board that HESG's paperwork is in order and is perfectly positioned for a merger or acquisition and that HESG is going to help MJNA get current with a 211, which will have to be done before a merger can work, for the benifit of shareholders of HESGm, so I see it as this is still happenning, but in the mean time the will work together!!!!! I ask these question and a email yesterday and just got the answer back....
