IQ1: Maheu was USED by Casavant and Edwards. I mean, there are only two possibilities to explain Maheu's involvement:

1) He was in on the scam.

2) He was USED.

lQ1 OMG. Maheu was a man not a great man just a man who happened to be involved with questionable people. He did not nothing except collect $80,000.00 from the company which was money that they made by dumping shares onto the market.

Maheu was a old man. Urban and his friends needed someone with a name that fools could follow. This was strictly a sales ploy nothing more nothing less.
