To my understanding they haven't missed any dates yet; they said the first infomercial would be out by the holiday season; which I assume means soon! As has been pointed out before Cesari Direct has been responsible for over 75 successful infomercials if TSHO is good enough for them that gives me great confidence it is good enough for consumers which is in turn good enough for me.

they never set a deadline, the PR set a target date, the next PR said they filed most of the information required by Pinksheets. But pinksheets needs everything, and I mean everything before you get posted financials. full upfront K/Q information, company profile, signature from audit and signature form TA, signature from a lawyer, etc
