I think what he was saying that's what BioMed reported that the FDA approval date was on 10/31/09. It was just a guess and I'm aure IMO BIEL would have shared this news with us on yesterday. We all are waiting just a Noel and others are waiting for the FDA. We all agree that it will happen and we are all in an agreement that we don't know when. So patience is a long time friend on mine now... GO BIEL
