People that need money now can not borrow it. Poor people could borrow when it was stupid to buy into a bubble. I sold the bubble because I learned the game playing pennies. Now I want to borrow when only rich people can borrow. My credit score is in the excellent range, my cash flow is good and I do not need the money.
Somehow I already knew you'd have a good plan. I've been watching the market here for unimproved land, trying to be ready when I think it bottoms out.
