I was not referring to small markets,i was referring
to small salary cap limitations...

those teams did not downsize cause of market cause the nfl has the best distribution of t.v and commericalised memorbilia of any sport,i just am not a fan of parity at the expense of dynasty..

i mean the forty niners and cowboys would bring in 3 players each year but the talent base was home grown...but the ravens years ago could not keep all their talent they drafted cause they became studs...

the rams sacrifice offensive and defensive line studs to keep the defense going...
the raiders 2 years ago had to begin the rebuilding process as did the broncos.....
