NE is all Mr Bill Belechick
great job of having his team ready to play every weekend.
Yes small market NFL teams feeling the pich too.
Simple salary cap doesn`t level the playing field completely.
Look at all the great baseball players Montreal had the last 10-15 years.
Couldn`t afford to keep any of them but if they could they would have won 2-5 world series since 1990
