True Sky... I see it time and time again.. often the expected PR will already be baked into the PPS.. Lets say for example last weeks quick spike. I think the next upward turn will be when an Acq. actually closes. I get what he is doing. Sucks for flippers.. but as a long term fella. It makes me more confident in the long term. Im assuming he will have gobbled what he needs by today or tomorrow. I don't see this thing going very much lower. I knew at 16 it could still go.. but I was afraid of not getting in. I followed it a little bit up.. But still very happy where I am.
