I understand the need for financing, what Dean did is just pump the share price up temporarily and diluted into it. The question is how far will he take this down before pumping it up again. The problem with this game is people catch on quickly and each new fluff PR is met with less excitement.

Hopefully he finishes up this dilution and issues the acquisition news. Im surprised he hasnt even given us an update if he is serious about shareholder valu and transparency
