if you are an employee of mikp, that means you are privy to insider information. does newbauer know you are posting on this board? seems to me if you are truly an employee of mikp, and newbauer is approving of your posting then newbauer is treading on a very slippery slope. with the sec keeping a close eye on mikp, newbauer would be foolish to allow you to post on this board.

Yeah i'm pretty sure that it is still illegal man. I don't think company employees are legally allowed to post on that company's stock board. Biggerstaff is right on this on.
