How about you sbumitting a proposal that all repeat all prior RSU'S be terminated and no form of bonuses ever be paid but in cash, and only after a voter approval by the shareholders, and the shareholders be shown why and who the bonuses are to be awarded to.
I think right now that proposal might just pass. I think the sharholders are sick and tired of RSU'S. The day has came just like IDCC is standing up to Nokia, for the shareholders to do the same to the IDCC management. I guarantee you will have my full support and I am sure the majority on this boards support and we can all start emailing the institutional investors to join in voting the no more RSU"S. The cash bonuses also I think would be approved.
If you can't orchestrate this will one of the board attorneys please structure this as a proposal and see if we can get it passed?
