There has not been a day gone by that after I made my first purchase of IDCC that I haven't owned shares. I sold the bulk of my position out and bought land and mobile homes and homes to guarantee I would have groceries on the table. I never gave up on IDCC but I also had to be sure I was going to get by. I indeed was so rich it was pitifull with the 1999 runup and my friend Howard Goldberg sent me the email saying how things would be better next year, and dumb me I decided to stick around and try to get Warren Buffetts job, unfortunately Buffet or someone got my money and I lost many millions. I however still held a few shares and have been reduced to 1/20th of what I had. I however haven't missed any meals and have gotten by o.k. so all in life isn't bad. I have many a time wondered what I would have done with all those millions. Would I have been the same person, I would like to think so but one never knows for sure. I might have turned out to be a bigger azzhole than Jim thinks I am if thats possilbe.
Anyway when I was buying property and not really watching IDCC, I didn't post. I have no problem with you posting just found it unusual. If it makes you happy then it works for me.
