I have read and seen all these in the past as part of my DD. The past is not a good forcaster of the future. There are many reasons a company may not make it and plenty of people to point fingers while saying the most awful things without ever giving a shred of proof.
This company has been in place and is NOT a start-up. It is beyond even the research phase with a technology and product that works with over 9 years of development by top-notch scientists listed and verifiable. Canadian governmental tech grants in succession received by Mantra shows great faith in their progress. Further, firms like Korea's KC Cotrell are no fools when it comes to evaluating technology and they are just the tip of the iceberg.
Mr. Jae Choon Ryu joins Mantra as Vice President of Corporate Finance, Korea. Mr. Ryu has over 17 years of experience in the investment industry in Korea, and has raised capital in excess of $50 million USD through public offering and private placement deals.
There is more, but remember that DD considers the market potential and time to market of the product(s). Mantra is ready to produce now, not some 2-4 year horizon like many mining companies or blue-sky operations that just came together last week. It also has a dream leverage in that it will collect revenue royalties from others and does not tie up its equity capital in long-term plants and inventory. There are multiple product potentials in the pipeline. Much of the stock is held by management.
The more I see, the better this undiscovered company appears and I have put my $ where my pen is. Look at the CURRENT operation to decide.
