Sure the promo company brought people to this stock. But what makes this stock have some sense of legitamcay was Dr. Bailey and the "potential" he could bring to an oil & gas company. So while the promo company brings the interested, having Dr. Bailey, as the CEO, helps represent the lie that will fly for the short term and helps raise stock prices. If Warren Buffet was willing to sign on to a company and allowed them to use his name and they released a flurry of news releases the stock would rise. Because of the promo company? No, because of the name and what the potential represents. Even if the company produced nothing at all, had no revenue, and wasn't worth a thing. The stock would go up. Face it, Dr. Bailey was the perfume sprayed on this pig.
