I post opinion, and speculation. I have never claimed any drop dead dates or that I knew what was happening behind the scenes. Big big difference. I knew it was fake and BS, but some people actually take those posts seriously and may have bought because of it. That's called stock manipulation.
Posting 'I think this might happen' or 'I believe this is where we stand' is perfectly fine. Posting that you 'gaurantee' an offer announcement at 8pm and that you will congratulate us is not only cruel, but possibly illegal.
I got quite a few PMs from people very excited that this was real. I can only imagine their dissapointment tonight.
