oh my goodness... their are two different entities represented... each owner has their own cumulative total on on the form... apparently the SEC assumes that the readers of this form are intelligent enough to delineate the two entities, keep them seperate and actually add the two numbers together... because the fact of the matter is that, that is what you have to do on a form 3 and 4 with 'joint' filers on the same form...

look at the first own denoted by the:

(1)(3)---1. Represents securities owned directly by Pike Capital Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("LP Fund"). The reported price is a weighted average price of the shares purchased on each such date. The LP Fund agrees to provide upon request by the Staff at the Securities and Exchange Commission information about the shares purchased on each date

AND... (a seperate cumulative total--- since there are 2 entitities)

(2)(3)----2. Represents transactions of Pike Capital Partners (QP), LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("QP Fund"). The reported price is a weighted average price of the shares purchased on such date. The QP Fund agrees to provide upon request by the Staff at the Securities and Exchange Commission information about the shares purchased on each date.

now.. you will notice that BOTH entities include:

(3)-----3. Pike Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Pike Management"), is the general partner of each of the LP Fund and QP Fund. Daniel W. Pike is the managing member of Pike Management. Each of Pike Management and Mr. Pike may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the securities directly owned by the LP Fund and QP Fund. For purposes of this Form 4, Pike Management and Mr. Pike disclaim ownership of the shares of common stock owned by the funds reporting on this Form 4 except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.

SOOOOO.... (1) Pike cap partners LP and (2)Pike cap partners QP are seperate.... but... Pike Cap MANAGEMENT LLC Sits over both... and can control both, but independant of the other...

i am pretty sure that you are just TRYING to be difficult at this point and are doing it just for kicks...

so... enjoy your incorrect assumption of the opinion that hold.... many have been very patient attempting to help you better understand this... but alas... you have to 'want' to get learn....

good luck to you.

Pedro,
I'm out of posts. The bulk of my allotment of 15 has been exhausted, and I choose that term carefully, in a futile effort to assist you. I don't regret the attempt although I had hoped for some measure of success by hour #8.

At this point, as you say, I'm just trying to get out of the corner. And here's my final attempt:
The filing, as you have re-created it, indicates in its final entry that Pike Capital Partners (QP) holds 142,000,000 cumulatively (see the little (2)&(3)? ). And that, my good man, is WRONG.

If you are inclined to thank me, I'm afraid you'll have to wait until tomorrow for your "you're welcome".

15 of 15 and out.
