Like I wrote before --

The Form 4 filed by Pike -- was filed incorrectly.
Hopefully, Pike will file an amended Form 4 before the SEC sends Pike a noncompliance letter.

Pike is past due in filing their Form 4 showing where the 100 million shares came from?

Hopefully, Pike will file their delinquent Form 4 disclosing where the 100 million shares came from -- before the SEC sends Pike a noncompliance letter.
